- Please allow a minimum of 4-10 business days for delivery of your order. Bulbs N Lighting will try to ship your order out on time. However, Bulbs N Lighting is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing your order that is caused by an event beyond Bulbs N Lighting reasonable control.

The product prices displayed on Bulbs N Lighting site do not include shipping & handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price.
Bulbs N Lighting will notify you of items not in stock within 24-48 hours of the order being received.
Shipping & Handling has a flat rate of $8.99 per order. - Sales Tax:
- We are required to collect sales tax for New York purchases.
- Return Policy:
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bulbs N Lighting purchase, items may be returned or exchanged, provided its returned in its original packaging, within 15 days of purchase receipt.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping.
The amount to be refunded must be credited via the original payment method. You the buyer, are responsible for all freight charges and this amount will not be credited.
Shipping & Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable to the buyer unless Bulbs N Lighting is at fault due to an error in order misshipment or packing.
How to change or cancel an order?
To change or cancel an order please call us or E-Mail us at customerservice@bulbsnlighting.com and reference your order number. If you order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled. - Damage Policy:
- Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported by E-Mail to customerservice@bulbsnlighting.com within 3 days of purchase receipt.
Bulbs N Lighting will refund any shipping charges when Bulbs N Lighting is at fault. - Return Address:
